1 Wake Up Time 05:00 AM
2 Finish Your Morning Routine (Brushing teeth and other). Drinking a glass of warm water in the morning is helpful for your health so adopt this good habit. 05:00 AM-05:30 AM
3 Practice any form of physical exercise (yoga, a morning walk) 05:30 AM-05:45 AM
4 Take a Bath 05:45 AM to 06:00 AM
5 Meditation/Prayer/Worship 06:00 AM to 06:15 AM
6 Do a quick revision of the previous day’s studies. /Go to school 06:15 AM to 06:45 AM
7 Have Breakfast and get ready for school/ Go to school. 06:45 AM onwards

Evening Time Table

1 After coming back from school have lunch and eat fresh fruits 03:00 PM – 03:15PM
2 Take a rest for some time. Take a nap to feel refreshed 03:15 PM – 04:00 PM
3 After waking up wash your face and drink fruit juice with snacks 04:00 PM – 04:15 PM
4 Complete your Homework and self study. 04:15 PM – 06:15 PM
5 Games and read the lessons taught in your class that day 06:15 TO 7:15 PM &7:15 TO– 08.15 PM
6 Watch TV and Dinner. 8:15 PM-9:.00 PM
7 Practice of math / learning through writing. 9:00 PM – 09:30 PM
8 Spend some time with your parents 9:30 PM –10:00 PM
9 You must reach your Bed By 10:00 PM
